1. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Guarantee)
We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience. In compliance with Indian Consumer Protection standards, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following criteria:
- The refund request is raised within 7 days of the purchase date.
- You have consumed less than 25% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any offline course materials.
- You have not generated or attempted to generate a Course Certificate.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- If the course was purchased at a discounted "Bundle" or "Flash Sale" price (unless the content is proven defective).
- Technical limitations on the user's end (e.g., slow internet, incompatible device) do not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
- Raising a Request: Email our support team at support@yourdomain.com with your registered email ID and Order ID.
- Verification: We will review your course progress and access logs within 48 hours.
- Approval & Credit: Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
- Bank Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
4. Jurisdiction
